Refunds & Corrections Policy

How we handle corrections and concerns about completed work.

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how we approach corrections and concerns relating to work we have completed. It does not create any automatic entitlement, and each matter is considered individually.

1. Raising a concern

If you believe there is an issue with a completed translation, please contact us and describe the concern as clearly as possible. We ask that you raise any concern within a reasonable period after delivery so that we can look into it promptly.

2. Corrections

Where a concern relates to a demonstrable error in our work, we will review it and, where we consider a correction to be appropriate, aim to make the necessary amendment. Requests relating to changes in requirements, new information, or preferences that differ from the original instructions may be treated as new work.

3. How we review a concern

  • We review the original instructions and the material provided
  • We consider the concern against the scope that was agreed
  • We respond with our assessment and any proposed next steps

4. Refunds

Any request for a refund is considered on a case-by-case basis and at our reasonable discretion, taking into account the circumstances and the work already carried out. This policy does not guarantee a refund, and raising a concern does not create an automatic entitlement to one.

5. Matters outside our control

Requirements set by courts, authorities and other third parties can vary and may change over time. A decision by a third party not to accept a document is outside our control and does not, by itself, indicate an error in our work.
